Products sold on this website are digital. After a successful purchase, your "Generation" balance is automatically credited to your account. No physical shipment is made.
Once payment is approved, your balance is typically reflected within a few minutes. In rare cases, technical verification may cause delays. If delivery is delayed, please contact us.
Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your transaction before payment is completed. After payment is completed and digital rights are credited to your account, the transaction may be considered a digital service that has already started being performed.
Return Terms
- Refund requests may be considered for technical payment issues such as duplicate charges.
- For unused balances, requests should be submitted within a reasonable period after purchase.
- For partially used packages, only the unused portion is subject to review.
- Refund requests may be rejected in cases of abuse, fraud, or campaign misuse.
Refund Process
